The Oakdale Country Club, a world class 27 hole championship golf course in Toronto, following an extensive renovation program, gained a 3500 square feet space for an elevated terrace.  This newly created outdoor area overlooks the beautifully groomed Oakdale golf course with its tall trees and flower plantations.  How to cover this area without endangering the enjoyment of such spectacular natural surroundings?  Therein lied their challenge.  The Terrace Concept pavilion from Cuscini-Design, with its retractable roof, and modular design, and gutter system; was the perfect answer.  A plan was drawn for the configuration of 26 units relayed together by a gutter system, fully equipped with lighting and heating.  And, because of its double track beam, they were able to run a double curtain system all the way around.  Plus, they were able to do the same inside, so as to create intimate spaces.

The Oakdale Country Club is now offering the guarantee of outside weddings and other events months in advance, no matter what Mother Nature has in store.  It has become a sought after setting for many a memorable gathering.

Called the « Bistro Vu », because of its prime location in Old Montreal, directly on the waterfront; overlooking the St Lawrence River (Seaway). Luxury yachts leisurely sailing down the river dock into the marina directly facing the “Bistro Vu”. Below the Bistro Vu, you find an upscale boutique selling the accessories befitting the needs of the yachtsman.  On the very edge of the waters of the St Lawrence the Bistro Vu proudly stands, offering its prestigious clientele the comforts of our Terrace Concept. In the warm summer evenings under open skies, couples enjoy romantic dinners all the while feasting their eyes on the scenic waters; all due to our retractable roof pavilions.  And if Mother Nature begins to rain on these tender moments, no need to run inside; we simply retract the roof to its closed position and the romance continues undisturbed.

This exclusive and unique castle hotel in the center of Paris, near Les Champs Élysées; is old world charm at its best.  To enhance their outdoor dining experience, they selected the Terrace Concept by Cuscini-Design.  In their search for the outdoor pavilion, that would offer their clientele the unique culinary adventure, befitting the only château hotel in Paris; they found the Terrace Concept which met their every expectation.  Eighteen units were configured together to fill their required space.  They also had as a last request, a very special requirement; one of mobility.  The Terrace Concept offers an extremely versatile product.  Not only does it offer elegance, atmosphere, but also practicality.  The Saint James wanted the ability to move the whole project to another one of their establishments, in one to two years.  The Terrace Concept being what it is was able to answer this very special request.  It can be dismantled piece by piece, all the while preserving its structural integrity as well as its aesthetics.  One more successful Terrace Concept story.
